dc.description	The respect to the International Treaties as condition for the existence of an International order is the title of the present paper work, that is focused on International Rights principies and general concepts. The International Treaties historical review and their evolution along the humanitys history went back in to the ancient times of Greece and Rome, where the International Treaties were reflected in the military alliances and politicians to keep the relations with the cities, like the Greek State, and to keep the relations with the conquered towns like the Roman Empire. In the Midle Age in Europe prevailed the agriculture of subsistence and a social system named Feudalism; the Church conserved the cultural values from Greek and Rome, and intitutionalized the Western Civilization, combined with de Barbarian Culture.	en
