| dc.description | The lack of centers physiotherapy in the parish of San Antonio de Pichincha, has been the main cause to get patients with musculoskeletal injuries in it is functional recovery centers located in the city of Quito, is why the importance of the creation of a private school of physical therapy that will give timely attention to the community that is expanding. This work has focused on business development, housing market, technical and financial study. Consequently the objectives proposed for the realization of the work are achieved every time that the results allow us to corroborate the entire proposal.
