dc.descriptionThe try to enter to a new foreign market is a challenge and an opportunity for any exporter, however, the exclusive products of a region have a bigger opportunity as is the case of the Soursop in Ecuador. The present investigation aims to determine the feasibility of exporting processed sour soup pulp from Quito-Ecuador to Spain. The methodology used was based on purely descriptive statistical data collected from the institutions and organizations studies have been conducted on the subject (CORPEI, EUROSTAT, and United Nations, among others).
