| dc.description | The shortage of human and material resources, the almost no existent possibilities of formation of specialized professionals and the digitalization challenge are the problems for the selection and conservation of documents in the mass media, specially the television. The following study divides in two parts: journalistic and technical. In the first one explain the audio-visual management of the ecuadorian company GAMA TV, also one shows criteria journalistic to develop a good documentation with the existing resources and that will continue generated in the way.
