dc.description | Objective; To determine the effectiveness of adding neural mobilization to cervical traction to reduce pain in patients with cervical radiculopathy. Materials and methods; Records were obtained from; MEDLINE, PEDRO, CENTRAL, SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, LILACS by two independent researchers. The following were included in this SR: ECAs adding neural mobilization treatment to cervical traction in patients with CR, patients with pain and cervicobrachial irradiation in one or both upper extremities for more than 3 months, patients who have been evaluated with pain scales. ECAs of patients who had had a traumatic event or surgeries, red flags and who had received another type of treatment before 3 months prior to the study were excluded. Results; We selected 2 ECAS out of 1147 that show a clinically significant value in NPRS; less than P equal to 0.05 in favor of manual cervical traction and neural mobilization techniques vs. only manual cervical traction in patients with CR. Conclusion; There is moderate short term evidence that the cervical traction technique with neural mobilization is more effective than cervical traction alone in reducing pain in patients with cervical radiculopathy. | es_ES |
| es_ES |
