| dc.description | The present study had as its purpose the managerial management and educational innovation of the Rockefeller Educational Unit of the metropolitan area of Quito in the year 2022. For this study, the investigation, the population and the research group were developed to whom an interview was administered, which will measure the different managerial styles and different dimensions of educational management and innovation, the type of research. It was a qualitative analysis which is based on the direct experience of the researchers in the scenarios studied. The leadership style is directly related to the commitment to leadership and educational innovation at the Rockefeller Educational Unit in the city of Quito. Subsequently, an improvement plan will be carried out that is applied to the study sample based on the results obtained during the interview, taking into account the aspects that promote compliance with managerial management and innovation in the institution. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tuvo como propósito la gestión gerencial e innovación educativa de la Unidad Educativa Rockefeller de la zona metropolitana de Quito en el año 2022. Para este estudio se desarrolló la investigación, la población y el grupo de investigación a quienes se les administró una entrevista, la cual medirá los diferentes estilos gerenciales y diferentes dimensiones de la gestión e innovación educativa, el tipo de investigación fue de análisis cualitativo el cual tiene como base la experiencia directa de los investigadores en los escenarios estudiados. El estilo de liderazgo está directamente relacionado con la apuesta por el liderazgo y la innovación educativa en la Unidad Educativa Rockefeller de la ciudad de Quito. Posteriormente se realizará un plan de mejora que se aplique a la muestra de estudio en base a los resultados obtenidos durante la entrevista, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos que promueven el cumplimiento de la gestión gerencial e innovación en la institución.
