| dc.description | The project is developed based on the Urban Planning Plan made in the eighth semester AR0860 2019 1 for the Metropolitan District of Quito, form part of a network that contains 5 micro centralities which respond to the needs of each of the 9 neighborhoods that make it up and is located in the neighborhood La Carolina hypercenter of the city. The minimum housing building responds to one of the great needs and problems of the sector; the underutilization of the land and the buildability, which originate due to the constant changes in regulations. | dc.description.abstract | El proyecto se desarrolla en base al Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano realizado en octavo semestre AR0860 2019 1 para el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, forma parte de una red que contiene 5 micro centralidades las cuales responden a las necesidades de cada uno de los 9 barrios que la conforman y está ubicado en el barrio La Carolina hipercentro de la ciudad. El edificio de vivienda mínima responde a una de las grandes necesidades y problemáticas del sector; la subutilización de suelo y edificabilidad, los cuales se originan debido a los constantes cambios de normativa.
