| dc.description | This degree work is carried out in Ecuador, Pichincha province in the Metropolitan District of the City of Quito, specifically in the El Batán neighborhood, within the Urban Planning Plan is included from Av. Río Coca to Av. 6 de Diciembre . Over time the sector has undergone several changes with respect to land use, at first it was considered an Industrial Park, then it became a Residential Sector and nowadays it combines the use for Commercial purposes and the Student Residence, this result of the dynamics that exist within it. The development of the city and its population increase has led to the need to create new facilities, including the Unidad Judicial de Delitos Flagrantes with which this service is successfully distributed in the city. With this building we want to achieve a place that blends in with the context but at the same time manages to stand out in the urban environment, as well as generating living spaces for users and passers-by, all this with an objective building to cover its legal needs. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de titulación se desarrolla en Ecuador, provincia de Pichincha en el Distrito Metropolitano de la Ciudad de Quito, específicamente en el barrio El Batán, dentro del Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano está comprendido desde la Av. Río Coca hasta la Av. 6 de Diciembre. A lo largo del tiempo el sector ha sufrido varios cambios respecto al uso del suelo, en principio se consideraba como Parque Industrial, luego paso a ser Sector Residencial y en la actualidad combina el uso con fines Comerciales y la Residencia Estudiantil, esto resultado de la dinámica que existen dentro de él. El desarrollo de la ciudad y su aumento poblacional ha provocado la necesidad de crear nuevos equipamientos, entre ellos la Unidad Judicial de Delitos Flagrantes con la cual se logre distribuir correctamente este servicio en la ciudad. Con esta edificación queremos alcanzar un lugar que se mimetice con el contexto pero al mismo tiempo logre resaltar en el entorno urbano, además se generan espacios de estancia para los usuarios y transeúntes, todo esto con una edificación objetiva para cubrir las necesidades legales de la misma. | es_ES |
