| dc.description | In the proposed urban plan, the problems of the hyper center of Quito are solved through the design and development of six urban parts or micro centralities that allow the entire urban network intervened to be consolidated and articulated, incorporating a continuity and compatibility of equipment that meets the needs of the site, allowing proper operation. Among the proposed equipment is a multipurpose project for Agricultural Productive Housing located in urban area number six, in the Jipijapa neighborhood, where an interactive cultural park was designed by redistributing the lot belonging to the Central Technical College located on Gaspar Avenue de Villarroel, the cultural vocation park responds to the land use of the sector and to the existing consolidated area, the urban piece is part of the proposed urban green network, and the mentioned equipment responds to the compatibility and functionality of the immediate designed environment. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | En el plan urbano propuesto se soluciona las problemáticas del hipercentro de quito mediante el diseño y desarrollo de seis piezas urbanas o micro centralidades que permiten consolidar y articular toda la red urbana intervenida, incorporando una continuidad y compatibilidad de equipamientos que satisfacen las necesidades del sitio, permitiendo un funcionamiento adecuado. Dentro de los equipamientos propuestos se encuentra un proyecto multiuso de Vivienda Productiva Agrícola localizado en la pieza urbana número seis, en el barrio Jipijapa, donde se diseñó un parque interactivo cultural mediante la redistribución del lote perteneciente al colegio Central Técnico ubicado en la Av. Gaspar de Villarroel, el parque de vocación cultural responde al uso de suelo del sector y a la zona consolidada existente, la pieza urbana es parte de la red verde urbana propuesta, y el equipamiento mencionado responde a la compatibilidad y funcionalidad del entorno inmediato diseñado. | es_ES |
