| dc.description | This work was developed in the company soluciones logísticas integrales, which is located in the city of Aloag-Ecuador and is in specialized in the transport of heavy and extra-heavy loads in humid and dry environments at national and international level. The objective of the work is an improvement proposal for the inventory accuracy within the vehicle parts warehouse at the main headquarters of the company. It began with the analysis of the current situation of the company, where a diagnosis of the warehouse actual management was made, focus on the organizational and process level. In addition, a study of the current physical and digital inventories was carried out, in order to determine the families that have the highest turnover during the period of December 2019, January 2019 and April 2020. Subsequently, an analysis of the causes was carried out, which originates the improvement proposal, that sets: A redistribution of the warehouse, cyclical counts, physical infrastructure, digital infrastructure and training. Finally, an economic analysis is carried out by means of which the feasibility of the project is determined through the review of three financial indicators: NPV, IRR AND PYA. | en |
