| dc.description | The Business plan for the production and exportation of Ecuadorian artisan necklaces in Toronto, Canadá is a project whose purpose is to satisfy the need to possess a hypoallergenic accessory by means of the acquisition of articles of costume jewelery of origin artisanal crafts in the city of Toronto. This will be carried out through the creation of the company Apu Origins Ecuador, which will have production and commercialization of ecuadorian handmade necklaces of the same name. The organization will combine the classic artisan necklaces with technology that allows them to become hypoallergenic. The project aims to analyze the viability, profitability and commercialization of Ecuadorian handcrafted necklaces exported to the Canadian market, specifically the Torontian. To fulfill the proposed objective, analyzes of the external environments of the market (Pest and Porter) were carried out, in order to determine threats and opportunities in it. Additionally, a market study was carried out to determine the patterns of consumption and disposition of the clients to be able to propose a valid value proposal for the product. To be able to elaborate the marketing strategy, the product, the price, the place and the promotion were analyzed, same factors that are adjusted to the conditions to carry out the operation. While, within the philosophy and organizational structure, have been defined schemes of how the organization will be formed.
