dc.descriptionConsidering the growing interest and concern of men in Latin America for their personal image, based on statistics that show that their interest in appearance has increased, the idea of creating a company that makes and sells formal and semi-formal garments in the city of Quito, this garments can be customized by thermo chromic dyeing which can create unique designs for the client. The differentiation of the garments that will be offered is focus on the ease of creating a unique style, by customizing each outfit with details made with the thermos chromic fabric, by changing color in any desired part, forming an original product for each user. To determine the feasibility of this business plan, several analyzes have been carried out, such as: the external analysis (PEST and the 5 Porter forces), the internal analysis (qualitative and quantitative analysis) and a financial analysis determining the costs, income and financial indicators. After having carried out all these analyzes it was determined that: within the industry "Manufacture of garments, except leather garments" there are several opportunities that the business can take advantage of and at the same time some threats that can complicate the establishment of this business; within the internal analysis it was concluded that the potential customers for the business are the male inhabitants of the city of Quito, who are part of the economically active population , between 20 and 54 years, and are part of middle, upper middle and high social class, and who would also like to acquire this product. Within the financial analysis, the profitability of the project was confirmed and financial accounts were monitored to project them to 5 years, having an established format to follow in the start up.en
