dc.descriptionIn the present study, a Social Marketing Plan was developed as a fundamental tool to change the ways and lifestyles of adolescents and to reduce teenage pregnancies (13-17 years) in the Puerto Napo Health Establishment in the year 2017, due to the increase of the same in the health establishment studied. Adolescent pregnancies are a problem that is seriously affecting our society and has high figures at the national level despite the creation of government programs to reduce them, so it is necessary to strengthen these programs through Social Marketing. In 2016 at the Puerto Napo Health Facility, according to figures from the statistics department, there was an increase in teenage pregnancies, which led to an increase in pregnancies with high obstetric risk. We worked with the adolescents of educational establishments in the area of affluence of our Health Establishment, in the parish of Puerto Napo, in the city of Tena, to which a survey was applied to determine the risk factors that affect the Increased pregnancies in this specific group. Showing that cultural beliefs, economic situation, lack of familiarity with family planning, family characteristics, and shortcomings in the health system, act negatively in the study group, so a Social Marketing Plan allows to optimize and improve Such failures determined in this study.en
