dc.descriptionThe trend of consumption and high demand for candies, sweets and chocolates worldwide in recent years have allowed the growth of the industry Of Manufacturing of processed foods in Ecuador, managing to place the country among the main producing countries. (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2017). This business plan seeks to establish a new concept in the marketing of candies in the city of Quito. The main objective is the creation of an innovative project with sustainable profitability over time with the manufacture of three-dimensional chocolates and commercialization of a wide variety of candies in bulk and in various presentations. CANDY is a company dedicated to the marketing of products based on third dimension chocolate to taste and image that the customer wants, at the same time seeks to position itself in a highly competitive market Operating from a store in the mall the recess. This mall has been chosen in view of the Maintains a high rate of growth in annual traffic of people. Introducing an innovative product As It is the Chocolate Custom 3d It seeks to mark a differentiating factor in the industry since the same no is found in the Ecuadorian market. In the marketing study, strategies were defined to position the product in the market, using the strategy of product development, the same that goes with the concentric diversification. At last, is concluded the present project with a financial analysis that defines the business plan as viable, resulting in a VAN positive and a return on investment attractive in the long run.en
