dc.description	The objective of the research is to develop an interest management plan with the implementation of PMI good practices, for the Pichincha – Atacazo project, in response to the lack of formal procedures for the management of the foundations stakeholders. Scout, who through his permanent work seeks to focus on the development of social projects to help the community and the environment. One of the main research results is the identification of the interested parties, being these formed by five groups; sponsors, State, users, community, volunteers and the Foundation which interact continuously to fully develop the Pichincha – Atacazo project to support the reforestation process with the planting of 8,000 trees of native species, covering an area of approximately 10 hectares in the Yumbococha area located in the Pichincha - Atacazo Special Intervention and Recovery Area (AIER). For this, the requirements, expectations, project phases, influence and interests of the projects stakeholders have been structured. This is complemented by the management for communication between the Scout Foundation and the interes ted parties, highlighting the monthly meetings and the transmission of information through written reports and emails. With this, a more efficient mechanism for the development of projects of the organization is considered, considering that its dimension is social and the interested ones have a considerable level of influence because of their treatment depends the success of the project Design of a plan of management of interested for the projects of the Scout Foundation applied to the reforestation plan of the Pichincha - Atacazo area, under the focus of the best practices of the PMI.	en
