Who did not rejoice with his beloved pet during the magical moments of childhood; who did not get excited when getting home and finding your four-legs friend waving his tail and happily barking to see you? This business plan is inspired on a small company in the city of Quito dedicated to the manufacturing and retailing of accessories for pets. ANDEAN PUPPY produced with Andean fabrics from the province of Imbabura, which are highly appreciated in foreign market for their colors and textures. The goal of this business plan is to analyze the feasibility of exporting pet clothes (vests and caps) made with Andean fabrics. After analyzing three different countries, it has been determined that the products will address the Spanish market, mainly Madrid, given that 40% of millennials in that city see their pets as members of their families. Nowadays, pets play a very important role in the life of people, even to the point of humanizing them; for instance, pets now graduate from training courses, wear clothes and even have their own birthday cakes (My animals, 2018). To enter the Spanish market, the strategy that will be used is differentiation since there is an attractive market and the value proposition of this project is to use Andean fabrics. Besides, the free trade agreement signed between Ecuador and the European Union benefits the entrance of the product in that market with 0% of tariffs. As part of the company´s social responsibility, the products will be made by single mothers and 5% of the revenue generated by the sales will be destined to buying pets food for animal rescue shelters. To operate, the company needs an initial investment of $15.189, from which 50% belongs to the shareholder’s capital, and rest will be financed with a credit loan.en
