| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la ineficacia de la acción de repetición en el Ecuador, partiendo desde la responsabilidad subjetiva del Estado, definiendo quienes son los servidores públicos, hasta llegar a presentar la demanda de repetición en contra de los funcionarios o ex funcionarios que por su accionar han causado un perjuicio patrimonial al Estado, además analizaremos diferentes legislaciones para ver lo que éstas establecen acerca de la acción de repetición, y presentaremos algunas recomendaciones para que en un futuro la acción de repetición sea eficaz. | es_ES |
