Descripción : | The air freshener industry is attractive, since several components of chemical air fresheners are toxic and polluting. So the market, there is a tendency to use clean and natural product. In the country exist a remnant of non-exported roses that can be purchased at low price. In order to take advantage of this business opportunity, it is proposed “Design a business model for the company Ñansisa Farms, dedicated to the production and marketing of rose potpourri in the city of Quito, and evaluate its achievability”; In this way it contributes to caring for the environment, the wellbeing and health of the people who would use the product, and to design a business model that will last over time. In this development includes, the analysis of environments from which itappears that the project has a high sensitivity to external factors, and the industry of the air fresheners is attractive. The market study is determined that the supply of flavorings in Quito is broad, but moderately attractive, Then, if the product generates an attractive value offer there is a high probability which will be consumed even by potential consumers. By means of the study of the operations the organizational model is established that will allow to have a competitive capacity similar to the importers - distributors of air fresheners and slightly inferior to the formal industries. Once evaluating, the flows that the company would generate, under the perspectives of the project and the investor, it is determined that it is viable, feasible and profitable since the financial feasibility indicators VAN, TIR and PRI are favorable. It is expected to have contributed to generate the design of a successful company. |
