dc.description | OBJECTIVE: Analyze the effectiveness of Dry Needling Technique and the Electrotherapy with Interferential Currents in the relief prolonged of the cervical pain of musculoskeletal origin of more than three months of duration. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Two groups of 20 patients (11 M; 29 W, mean age 47.1 years) randomly distributed (a group for electrotherapy treatment “GI” and the other one for the application of dry needling “GP”) participated in the study. The variables evaluated in the two groups at baseline, at the end and 10 days after treatment were: 1) the scale of McGill, 2) Algometry 3) Cervical Dysfunction Index, and 4) Goniometry. RESULTS: Finished the treatment the two techniques were effective, but 10 days after treatment, significant differences in the variables, Ver archivo adjunto… | en |
