| dc.description | Ecuador is a very diverse country in terms of fruit; However, there are some fruits that have not been well known, such is the case of the arazá, with a high nutritional content, a good taste and smell. The project needs the need to carry out a healthy lifestyle, that is why Vida Saludable is created. The company is dedicated to the production of a functional juice called WAYUU, which is made with organic crab, almond milk and sweetened with stevia, which is a natural sweetener. WAYUU, will be marketed in Minneapolis-United States, since it was determined that there are potential clients through interviews with experts and clients. The channel of the distributor is through a wholesaler, who will be in charge of delivering the functional juice to retailers specialized in healthy products. The philosophy proposal of the encompasses the mission, vision, medium and long-term objectives. The export process is also described by means of a flowchart, the Incoterm selected is CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) and the specific time of the juices from the port of Guayaquil to the port of Los Angeles is 10 to 15 days. The organizational structure of the company has the activities defined for the personnel, the position and the corresponding salary. Finally, the investment needed to start the project is 61,290 dollars, which will be financed with 60 per cent of the investors and 40 per cent through a loan from the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "Juventud Ecuatoriana Progresista" Ltda., (JEP), 60-month term and with an interest rate of 9.95 per cent. The project is viable and results in a financial analysis of a NPV of 151.397 dollars and an IRR of 59.21 per cent, being positive values for the investor. | en |
