dc.description | The objective of this business plan is to determine if the production and export of artisanal wine, mortiño El Páramo to the city of Madrid in Spain is feasible. An analysis is made of the PEST environment of Ecuador and Spain, PORTER and with these results an EFE matrix is elaborated to identify the main opportunities and threats of the wine industry. For the sale of the mortiño wine El Páramo an indirect distribution strategy is established through a distributor, who at the same time will be in charge of selling the product through the horeca channel (hotels, restaurants, cafeterias), it was identified that said distribution channels are optimal, this information is collected through the analysis of the client in qualitative and quantitative research. The legal structure of a stock corporation was chosen because this type of structure does not need to have a minimum number of partners, it can be constituted by a single partner, it also allows flexibility in the allocation of resources and the coordination of production. In addition, a functional organizational structure is chosen composed of 7 workers, this structure is reflected in the management of functions and in the existence of an occupational specialization. Finally, a financial study was conducted through projections and several financial statements were obtained that allowed to identify the feasibility of the project, based on the results obtained in the indicators VAN, TIR, IR it was determined that the production and export of mortiño wine El Páramo is feasible. | en |
