Descripción : | The main objective of this business plan is to know the feasibility of the elaboration and commercialization of a cashew-based vegetable milk in the city of Quito; this walnut will be imported from Brazil because it is one of the main producers and exporters of this dried fruit. This business plan born in need of Ecuadorians, most of them from Quito, to have a healthier lifestyle and to consume a type of milk that does not have lactose, because many of these people have lactose intolerance which need to be managed since many of the milks found in the lactose-free market cause some negative effects on this group of people. Through an analysis of environments, where the internal and external factors of the country going to be analized. Then, will be able to know the best location for our company which is important to be able to take advantage of industry is opportunities and reduce the threats that can ocur. Based on the market and client is analysis, it makes a difference which one is the market segment that this business plan is going to be directed which are the lactose-intolerant people living in the northern of Quito city and found between the social stratas A, B and C + with ages of 21 to 60 years old. Also, it was posible to define the distribution channel suitable for the product sale and managed with the corporation La Favorita. In addition, the strategies for the marketing plan were defined, as well as the incoterm which the raw material of the vegetal milk going to be imported, this incoterm is CIF [Cost, Insurance and Freight]. Finally, in order for the company to be able to start its functions, it has to take into account the financial evaluation that was carried out with projection to five years and as a result the viability and profitability of the same. |
