Resumen : Tomando en cuenta el creciente interés y preocupación de los ecuatorianos por su bienestar, tanto en su salud como en su estado físico y estético, y basándose en las estadísticas que demuestran que el estrés ha incrementado en la población ecuatoriana, se ha planteado la idea de realizar un centro de SPA situado en el norte de Quito, el cual será ambientado como un espacio selvático que brinde un ambiente de naturaleza y tranquilidad...
Descripción : Considering the growing interest and concern of Ecuadorians for their physical well-being, in their health and in their physical and aesthetic state, and based on statistics that show that stress has increased in the Ecuadorian population, the idea has been raised to realize a SPA center located in the northern Quito, which will be set as a jungle space which offers an environment of nature and tranquility. The differentiation of this SPA center will be the jungle setting that will be built and also that the cosmetological products which will be used as inputs will be imported from Argentina, thus providing greater quality in the service. To determine the feasibility of this business plan, several analyzes have been carried out, such as: the external analysis (PEST and the 5 Porter forces), the internal analysis (qualitative and quantitative analysis) and a financial analysis determining the costs, income and financial indicators. After having carried out all these analyzes it was determined that: within the industry "activities of spa centers, slimming rooms, massage parlors" there are several opportunities that the business can take advantage of and at the same time some threats that can complicate the establishment of this deal, ; within the internal analysis it was concluded that the potential customers for the business are people who reside in the north of Quito, between 15 and 59 years old and who are middle class, medium-high and high, and who would also like to attend a SPA center as an option to relax; within the financial analysis it can be said that the project is financially viable.
