dc.description | The Territorial Plan for the Administration of La Mariscal, prepared by the thesis workshop ARO960 2017 2, proposes the re balancing of all types of deficient equipment of the Mariscal. To do this, they propose equipment that corresponds to the vocation of each area, which turned out to be; social welfare, health, cultural, and funeral services. With this proposal, the 9 micro zones of study had a change to supply the projected demand of the base population. In addition, circuits and rings were installed that connect the same type of equipment. One of the edge equipment that is part of the urban plan for La Mariscal, is a Youth Rehabilitation Center, which is located on 12 de Octubre Avenue and Madrid, and which offers current needs and projected for 2040, which is in the micro zone D. The youth rehabilitation center responds to the urban dynamics of the sector, includes several spaces that relate to the environment and their daily activities, as well as new morphological and spatial solutions that can adapt to the future of the sector and respond to the needs of the main user of equipment, which are young people with problems of drug addiction.
| es_ES |
