dc.descriptionNow days, the tendency of using natural products at global level has increase as equal as the preference of products that have green responsibility. Chile´s natural cosmetic industry presents an annual growth of 3.8% (Stewart, 2016). This is the reason why Rumakay is born; an Ecuadorian emprise that manage this opportunity of business, their proposal is an eco-friendly natural beauty product. A hair mask of multiple benefits that promotes healthy growth of hair, prevents hair loss and clarifies or reinforces hair color (Eco Agricultor, 2016). With this premise it was realized an analysis of industry as local as foreign. A market research define an objective market of 43,626 women in Santiago de Chile. The product acceptation was 100%, there are high purchasing opportunities that habitants of this city have, and their life style and the preferences for these particular products is the reason of a high objective market. From a quantitative and qualitative investigation, information reveal customers preferences such as presentation of the product, material of packing, quantity, frequency of purchase, location to buy, type of publicity and price that the customer might pay. Information that allowed building an international and marketing strategy and developing definition of mix marketing to Rumakay. Value proposal of Rumakay are differentiated initiating in the productive process, their 100% natural supplies and their added value that includes mission and vision of the company. On the financial chapter values of VAN and TIR where determined VAN=$20.868,26>0, TIR=19,73%>WACC (13,04%). Investment that needs to be realized, will be recovered in 5 years and generates a net profit of 21 USA cents for each USA dollar invest. From the investment perspective VAN=$15.200,56>0, la TIR=29,21%>CAPM (19,67%) and investment will be recovered in less than 4 years and will generate a benefit of 30 USA cents for each USA dollar invested.en
