dc.descriptionThe project was about the construction of an experimental model of biological wastewater treatment (Trickling filter). It was held through the calculation of the factors that has a direct influence over the treatment and the design of the different plants for its construction. For this, the German methodology was followed, and the results were a rectangular fixed nozzle distributed system of an experimental trickling filter with random packing media of 95 m2/m3 that allows an inflow of 40l/m with daily BOD5 load in the influent equivalent to 6 persons.en
