| Descripción : | The present work details the development of preventive maintenance plan for an incinerator furnace of contaminated waste; this will be applied to the process of treatment and final disposal of contaminated waste by means of an incineration process. Chapter I. Introduction. - This section will describe the company in which the titling project is being carried out jointly, detailing the services it offers, its strategic pillars, its organization chart, its main clients, etc. Additionally, the scope of the titling project will be announced, with the respective objectives that will be taken into account during the preparation of the same. Chapter II. Theoretical Framework. – In this chapter, various terminologies or aspects related to maintenance are defined, such as: types of maintenance, maintenance costs, spare parts, machinery, etc. In addition, topics such as criticality analysis and economic analysis are mentioned. Chapter III. Current Situation. - In this chapter, through the criticality analysis, the most critical area and equipment of the Plusambiente facilities will be determined. It will be detailed how is the incineration process and what is an incinerator furnace. Chapter IV. Preventive Maintenance Plan. – In this chapter, the preventive maintenance plan for the incinerator of contaminated waste will be developed. It will include technical specifications, procedures, maintenance plans, etc. Chapter V. Economic Analysis. – In this chapter, different economic and labor aspects will be compared. There will be an analysis between “Costs with maintenance” vs. “Costs without maintenance”. Finally, Chapter VI, Conclusions and recommendations, will express the conclusions of the development of preventive maintenance plan, and the recommendations for the project to be carried out adequately and consistently in the company Plusambiente S.A. |
