Descripción : The present work deals with the measurement of the impact of the linking project of the Industrial Production Engineering career of the University of the Americas in a group of CAPEIPI companies. In the group of business in which the intervention was carried out, they correspond to companies according to the number of collaborators that each of them has (medium, small and micro enterprises). The analysis was developed from the data obtained in a diagnosis of Health and Safety at Work in companies to establish initial values of the management system that includes the following elements: administrative management, technical management, human talent management and basic operational processes. Subsequently, the data obtained in the final audit of the management system was taken into consideration under the same parameters, which occurred after the intervention of the students in which various activities were carried out that allowed the improvement of the system. The statistical analysis that was carried out to verify the change was developed taking into consideration the type of company (medium, small and micro enterprises) and each of the elements of the management system, in addition to the set of all these elements. The results contributed to establish if the change was positive, negative or null; so that after its analysis, it was concluded that a significant percentage of the companies intervened registered a positive change in their management system.
