Descripción : The main purpose of the current task is to prepare a “Business plan for the implementation of a nutritionist center for semiprofessional athletes”, which begins with the identification of the general and specific objectives as well as the methodology to be followed in this business plan. Later on, in chapter two, an analysis of the external environment will be completed, for the identification of factors that may affect the company and the industry which helps to develop strategies to take advantage of the opportunities and face threats to the industry. In the third chapter, an analysis of the client (qualitative and quantitative research), shall be carried out to identify the market to which goal the project is heading towards, besides determining what features are important to the consumer. Following on in chapter five, the marketing plan (price, product, place and promotion) will be developed with its relevant strategies that will help the project achieve maximum benefits and create competitive advantages. The sixth chapter starts with the preparation and updating of the oficial viewpoints of the company, so as to clarify to its different investors the following questions: what was the reason for creating the company?, how its wanted and required to work in its environment?, what achievements are wanted?; always taking into consideration ethical, moral, social, cultural and economic principles of the environment in which the organization develops. The seventh chapter ends with the development of projected balancesfor the next 5 years, and the analysis of the main financial indices to determine if it is a viable project or not. In the last chapter are the conclusions which were able to be identified after an extensive analysis.
