Descripción : The present project was developed with the purpose of evaluating the implementation of a Commercial Plan for renting cash counting machines in the city of Quito. A situational diagnosis was made of the external and internal environment that facilitated the identification of the impact on the company. Theoretical concepts, methodologies and analysis tools on Marketing Mix were examined; as well as some investigations that were constituted in the illustrative sources to conform the study. The research was constituted with a qualitative and quantitative approach and a descriptive scope, with the purpose of establishing outstanding information through interviews, surveys, expert representatives of several PYMES companies of the city of Quito, and a focus group and methods of analysis of prices (Van Westendorp), whose opinions, advice and recommendations allowed us to better understand the market. From the results of the field investigation; and, in light of the corresponding literature review, it was possible to propose a proposal aimed at introducing improvements in the current actions of the commercial plan executed by the CHM company under study. And, with emphasis on achieving a better use of commercial marketing mix strategies, an effective management of the companys brand, a powerful range of services; and, therefore, take advantage of business opportunities to meet the needs of customers in the city of Quito.
