| dc.description | The current Project was realized in a company that dedicates to assemble lifting implements such as steel chains, wire rope slings, nylon slings, construction pipes for pre stressing wire rope and also selling accessories like hooks and shackles among others. The main purpose of the project is create a Plan of Safety and health in the work in the company to expire with the Ecuadorian law. This project has six chapters which are indicated later: Chapter one describes the reasons that motivated into making the Safety and Security Work System, the record of the company and the objectives that have to be developed for this project. Chapter two describes the general information of the company, such as the manufacturing process and its location. This was made for study purposes, therefore, the risk factors can be define. Also, it is mentioning the Ecuadorian legal rules that have to be follow an the basic definition of a Safety and Security Work environment to develop the current project. Chapter three identifies and evaluates the risks in each activity of the company through planning observations and opinion polls to the workers in order to determinate the preventive actions that has to be taken to accomplish the Inside Security and Safe Work Environment Regulation. Chapter four contains the Emergency Plan in which it is mentioned the process that all the workers must follow. Also conforming the emergency brigade and its responsibilities to the company, such as the emergency equipment (flashlight, fire extinguisher). Also, the Drilling Emergency the functions and responsibilities that workers must follow in a sham of office. It also presents the Inside Security and Safe Work Environment Regulation in which is presented the new rules that must be follow in the compy in order to avoid work accidents. The financial analysis was fulfilled in chapter five, in order to determine if the Security and Safety Plan is possible by establish the costs of the project implementation and how much will the company save with this. The conclusion, recommendations and the bibliography of the current project are described in chapter six. | en |
