| dc.description | This research aims to prove practices of privacy violation on social networks and IM networks and the consequences thereof. For this purpose, it was raised, as a reference, three stories of victims with different roles and personalities. In addition, to contextualize and investigate the subject, different Ecuadorian laws and several personal and documentary sources were considered. The investigation revealed information on how the Internet is used in Ecuador, how the State Attorney General Office intervenes in these cases, sanctions, the different ways of committing this act and the opinion of relevant characters and university students related to the topic to be discussed. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evidenciar las prácticas de violación a la intimidad en las redes sociales y redes de mensajería instantánea, y las consecuencias de estas. Con este propósito, se planteó, como referencia, a tres historias de víctimas con diferentes roles y personalidades. Además, para contextualizar e indagar en el tema se tomó en cuenta distintas leyes ecuatorianas y varias fuentes personales y documentales. La investigación arrojó información sobre cómo se usa el Internet en Ecuador, cómo interviene la Fiscalía General del Estado, sanciones correspondientes, las distintas formas de realizar este acto y la opinión de personajes relevantes y jóvenes universitarios acerca del tema a tratar. | es_ES |
