Descripción : Clothing is another way of expressing ourselves, it is part of our personality, it is also a symbol of identity and individual expression that people have; likewise, it is the key to socialize and establish contacts. (Sánchez-Contador Uría, Amaya, 2016). The present Business Plan on the implementation of a clothing transformation shop with sewing supplies imported from China presents an alternative to the use of clothing that is kept in the closet and is not used. The store "Cut, Sew and Create" proposes that people can have clothes to their liking, with their own design, and with a new style at a low price when compared to the value of a new garment. The project analyzes the feasibility of importing sewing supplies from China, necessary for the redesigned creation of each garment. Under this premise the analysis of the external environment was made, knowing the threats and opportunities presented by the market. The general marketing strategy designed is based on differentiation, to highlight the qualities of clothing redesign, its quality and its accessible price for anyone. This is intended to cover the needs studied by clients, determined in qualitative and quantitative research. Regarding the organizational structure and philosophy of the project, both the nature of the formation of company and its mission and vision are oriented to the client and the responsibility towards the environment. Finally, for the investment of the project a financial analysis was developed with the main variables that affect a company, where it was concluded that the investment is USD 25.386,49 financed 30% with own capital and 70% is financed by credit. The profitability of the project is positive, with a recovery of the investment from begins in the second year. Concluding that the project is viable.
