| dc.description | This graduation work includes the study of Border Measures in Ecuador, as due to piracy, counterfeiting and smuggling existing borders of the country is urgently needed and eradicate these illegal and anticompetitive actions that affect both holders of intellectual property rights as consumers and in turn the state itself as subject taxman. The methods of this study to analyze graduation work and determine the characteristics, situations and facts to obtain solutions to this problem, also explore and evaluate different points of view of the functions performed by public institutions specialized in this topic and finally there will be an ongoing exchange of ideas, observations, assumptions and interpretations statutory, regulatory, legal, ideological for better and more efficient regulation and control of Border Measures in Ecuador. The objectives of this study are: to propose an efficient process control and regulation of border measures, analyze the development and protection of Industrial Property in Ecuador as a means of development in the customs business in the country and identify a management model for the protection of intellectual property rights for products and services subject to trade between the Ecuadorian Institute of intellectual property and National Secretary of Customs of Ecuador. It is for this reason that through this study aims to reinforce the border measures to strengthen the regulation and control on the borders of Ecuador and thus eliminate the problems that exist in the movement daily Customs facing the country. | en |
