Descripción : This document details the redesign of the installed network company Datapro S.A located at Av. Gaspar de Villarroel E9-19 and Shyris addition to the necessary connection with its branch in Guayaquil located at km. 2.5 Av. Juan Tanca Marengo, Cdla. UrdenorII, Mz. 226 sl. 8-9. Datapro SA has an infrastructure mounted network on an existing one in your building in Quito which has been adapted physical media such as Category 5 UTP cable and communications equipment midrange meeting the communication requirements but is not a network scalable. Datapro SA requires an analysis of reorganization of the network voice and data quality services and VoIP technology as it not a detailed study of structured cabling with proper distribution of equipment and future growth previously developed, this prevents new technologies can be installed in Datapro SA which serve to provide a more effective service to users in addition to the following reasons: congestion data for addressing poorly planned IP addresses, points of connection in the data network and the lack voice communication between branches. The causes of this congestion are in a design that causes a large release of packages broadcast messages causing the network become slow and reduce the bandwidth for critical applications. The lack of equipment VoIP telephony to enable efficient communication between branches via the internal network of voice and data, are problems of the network, in addition to the absence of protocols and quality services that distribute efficiently traffic of data. The document details an analysis of the current network of the company Datapro SA its logical and physical topology, in order to establish the current state and from this pose a suitable redesign for which it has made a comparative study of next-generation technologies serve for the implementation of multiservice networks in the enterprise, establishing policies and protocols that enable network provide a safe and efficient method of communication. The proposed redesign of the network consists of physical and logical diagrams to rearrange devices apartment blocks and with the support of new technologies provide VoIP services, video conferencing, video surveillance, monitoring, quality of service and design development a repository for files distributed public Internet company with redundancy. This redesign will have a cost-substantial benefit because the amount invested will directly benefit domestic customers of the company to be more efficient communications, more agile the daily work in the network with data and faster tasks involving reversing all this technology in better service to the end customer.
