Descripción : The following research work stems from the need to cover a niche market that has not been fully addressed; persons with disabilities who have some form of physical restraint to drive a vehicle. At present, the country does not have the appropriate technology or know-how to manufacture cars for people with disabilities. The statistical analysis indicates that the importation of these vehicles is very low, so this work has the purpose of presenting the import process of the same, with all steps and applying the current legal regulations until the product reaches its end user in optimum conditions and that the flow of imports of this type of motor vehicles increases gradually. Finally, you will find the respective conclusions and recommendations that must be taken into account to meet the stated objective.
