Descripción : The present project focuses on creating a new produced that is based on the organic dried soursop powder for the FruPack-Delivalle company located in Sanqolquí, for the production of the new product it will use national raw material and purchase machinery from Spain. Within the components of the investigation an analysis of the environments is carried out where two external and internal scenarios are studied referencing to the industry of the product and commercialization of organic products in Ecuador; subsequently, a customer analysis is carried out in which a qualitative investigation is carried out to experts with extensive knowledge in the organic products industry, as well as quantitative research aimed at potential consumers of the final product. On the other hand, a study is established to identify the business opportunity in which the conclusions obtained from the external and internal analysis of the EFE and EFI matrices are analyzed, thus recognizing the need to create a dehydrated powder form of soursop. Additionally, a marketing plan is carried out in which each of the marketing strategies that the company must consider for the penetration of the product within the local market is defined, revealing its most outstanding benefits and its presentation form, price, distribution and promotion mix. Subsequently, a proposal of philosophy and organizational structure is defined where all the strategic direction that the company has to be created is determined. In addition, the organization chart of the company is designed where all jobs are interrelated with the functions and responsibilities of the personnel. Finally, the financial evaluation is determined, a fundamental step to determine if the project is feasible considering the NPV (Net Present Value), which results in $65,815.00 and $72.252,86 for project and investor flows, respectively. Similarly, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 28.14 percent and 48.50 percent, which is higher than the discount rate of WACC 9.08 percent and CAPM 10.61 percent, which is shown in financial terms the feasibility of the investment to be made is realized.
