Descripción : Germany is a country recognized as an importer of fruits, especially exotic. Currently, this country has increased the purchase of processed fruits, due to its long shelf life, nutrient conservation and, above all, eases of use and consumption. German consumers lead a very hectic life, so they look for products that are practical and adapted to this rhythm of life. For this reason, the focus of the project is for people aged 15-65 who lead a fast lifestyle and look for new alternatives for their food. However, with the market research conducted it was determined that of this group of people, the Germans between 15 and 40 years are mainly interested, because they have a greater number of academic and labor responsibilities. The project aims to export uvillas in syrup in a convenient container to satisfy this need, as it has a high nutritional content and can be tasted as a complement or alone. On the other hand, the good reputation that the Ecuadorian fruits have worldwide will be a plus to enter this market in an effective way. It should be noted that the export of this type of products has increased considerably in recent years. The development of the marketing plan was key, since with it was chosen successful strategies so that the product can position itself in the mind of the consumer in a short time and thus with gaining an important participation in the market in front of the competition. Ecuvillas Ltda. will begin its commercial activities with an investment of 51,371.78 USD, which will be financed by a loan (60 percent) and shareholder contribution (40 percent).Finally, the project presents positive values in the financial study carried out which indicate the viability of the project. According to the mentioned data, the investment recovers in approximately 3 years.
