Resumen : El presente proyecto es un plan de negocio para la comercialización de suministros de estudio en máquinas expendedoras para universidades privadas de Quito y Guayaquil...
Descripción : This project is a business plan for the commercialization of study supplies through vending machines for private universities in Quito and Guayaquil. The company will be located in Quito, where the products (study supplies) will arrive. These will be about 30 different products, which will be placed in a standard machine of 20 products and two especial machines with five additional products for different faculties. In this case, five distinctive products for the faculty of architecture and five for the faculty of gastronomy have been considered. The vending machines will be located in visible places of easy access for the students. To place in universities vending machines that operate 24 hours a day has been regarded as an opportunity to benefit those persons who study at night or on Saturdays and who might have a limited access to traditional sources of study supplies, such as stores, during class time. In addition to this advantage, the vending machines will be located in each faculty, which would allow students to acquire their products faster than having to go to a distant store. The company will have an administrator who will coordinate every activity and will supervise an operational technician. In addition to that, the administrator will perform calculations and analyses of demand and stock. On the other hand, the operative technician will be the one in charge of restocking the machines in different universities, receiving merchandise and controlling inventories. In order to analyze and ratify the viability of the company, a financial plan with all its indicators was carried out, which includes data such as the average net margin of five years (12.06 percent), total debt (35.89 percent), ROE (34.77 percent) and ROI (20.90 percent).
