| dc.description | Today is alternative work model supported by Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) called Telework has become an instrument for companies to increase productivity and competitiveness. Unfortunately in our country, this is still little known and therefore not often applied by employers and much less by employees both lack of knowledge, technological infrastructure and organizational options. The present titling work seeks to become an enabler for the application of Telework in Ecuador since it presents an specific proposal regarding a frame that allows to achieve an approach and therefore reach familiarity with this modality of collaboration to enforce its implementation.
