dc.description	This academic work has been created through a theoric/practice study, its objective is to develop an audiovisual product of motion graphics which responds to the multimedia design with the purpose of strenghening identity and communication strategies of this resource, developed also by the characteristics of the enviroment and the communication techniques previously established. The main interest that lead this investigation is the relationship between the processes involved in the management of the audiovisual design and its application through the final development of substainable proyects within the real estate industry. We must evaluate that the green/construction concept has a huge advantage helping promote the use of renewable resources when building, thus creating less impact on the propagation of greenhouse gases, in addittion to generating awareness to users of this product. This proyect fits the audiovisual discipline known as Motion Graphics, specifically to what refers to graphic design multimedia.	en
