dc.descriptionThis project encompasses the creation of an enterprise that provide services of accounting advising and tax accounting for Small and Mid sized Business, located at Valle de los Chillos. The project is organized in five main sections: 1 Marketing Research 2 Strategic Proposal 3 Technical Analysis 4 Financial Analysis 5 Conclusions and Recommendations Each section shows fundamental information of the development of this project. The project will work in a specific location at Valle de los Chillos and will be registered in the Business Administration (SuperIntendencia de Compañías) of Quito. In order to complete this research, it was required to make several statistical analysis through Inquiries, surveys, interviews and other type of analysis that make possible the implementation of this project.en
