| Descripción : | There have been considerable changes in energetic policy of Ecuador concerning oil during the government of Rafael Correa who has adopted a nationalist position. Ecuador is a country that is dependent on its production of oil; therefore, it is imperative to analyze the public of government policies. First and foremost, analyzing the intentions of government through the implementation of the “Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir" in order to evaluate the course it has taken. Additional, incoherencies have been found through the investigation of these policies from another point of view, due to internal and external interactions of actor with institutions and society, in a neo-institutionalist public policy scenario, have resulted in a negative energetic governance which has caused the government to abandon a nationalist position to external economic forces and pressure of a globalized world. |
