dc.descriptionThis work has as objective to analize the meanings of maternity that adolescents women build inside of a foster home in the city of Quito, through the identification of the definitions of maternity, the description of the vivencial experiences of the maternity of the adolescent users of the foster home and distinguishing the concepts that the living inside the foster home contributes around the maternity meanings. For that the methology will start from the qualitative approach, using the narrative design, and taking the symbolic interactionism as the basis to interpret the results, from which it is understood that each person builds the meanings about their own reality based on the context. Besides, to deep semi-structured interviews will be applied to a chosen sample of 10 adolescents mothers users of the foster home, the participants will be selected with an intentional and homogeneous type of sampling.en
