dc.description | The present business plan aims to determine the viability of the commercialization of a personalized perfumes made from natural essences, in the city of Quito. Due to in the city of Quito there are some companies that sell perfumes of reknowned brands at high prices, triple A copy of perfumes that have little aroma durability or personalized perfumes for the client. So is necessary create VITANTI, a company dedicated to produce and market personalized perfumes made from natural essences. VITANTI has unique and long durability aromas, an appropriate size, and at a price equal from the competition. The product will be for men and women, between 15 and 35 years of age, from a medium to medium-high socio-economic level, who seek different and long lasting aromas with which they can project an image of freedom, freshness, executive, formal and casual. To evaluate the viability of the business, the external factors of the industry and the customer are analyzed in order to establish the best marketing plan and the necessary strategies. The overall marketing strategy is based on Porters differentiation strategy that seeks to add value to perfume. Finally, the economic and financial viability of the product is evaluated through a financial analysis projected to 5 years. | en |
