dc.description | The Ecuadorian Institute of Architects the Pichincha nucleus, is located at N35-204 Núñez de Vela street and Ignacio San Maria, it was founded in 1962 and since its foundation it has been growing by the interventions of significant cultural activities. The building is the response of modern architecture in Ecuador; its sober lines are influenced by the architecture of Le Corbusier which is characterized by the volumetric and expressive strength of concrete in the facade, and rationalistic pure forms. The new interior proposed for the CAE-P, started under the idea of: space relation between each other, creating open, ergonomic and functional spaces by respecting the qualities of materials and contrast between the colors and textures in order to express what they want. The concept of "The chameleon in a deconstructive conception" is the one who gave the idea of design in this project, by segregating the component parts of the chameleon, taking its characteristics as a benchmark for design such as changes in color, texture skin, body shapes, behavior and mood - cause and effect. The zones that are proposed to the CAE-P are: administrative area (20% of project areas), training zone (60%), shopping (5%), general service (5%), outdoor (10%),. All of them denote simplicity, visual and physical harmony. Through the use of noble materials such as: Wood, aluminum, glass, acrylic, vinyl, etc, in the ceiling, floor layout, lighting and furniture and with an inviting modern mentality, the senses of the user are woken up and there is a new inspiration. | en |
