Over recent years the architectural work have been emphasized in different Patrimonial Woods of the city, looking for the rescue and restoration of these priceless buildings, which currently constitute the true heritage that enriches the culture and history of the city. As a lover of Quito, I found it necessary to raise a proposal of a boutique hotel in one of these wonderful houses inventoried, I found the option of the Old Pension Fund Social Security, which is a building suitable for the project, thanks its architectural wealth, its strategic location and unique environment. A lo largo de los últimos años se ha enfatizado la intervención arquitectónica en diferentes Bienes Patrimoniales de la ciudad, buscando el rescate y restauración de estas edificaciones de incalculable valor, que en la actualidad constituyen el verdadero patrimonio que enriquece la cultura e historia de la ciudad. Como quiteños amantes de nuestra ciudad nos hemos visto en la necesidad de plantear una propuesta de Hotel Boutique en una de estas maravillosas viviendas inventariadas, encontrando como opción a la Antigua Caja de Pensiones del Seguro Social edificación apta para el desarrollo del proyecto, gracias a su riqueza arquitectónica, su estratégica ubicación y singular entorno.
