dc.description	The Integrated System for the Management of the Electrical Distribution SIGDE has like purpose implement a new model of management that allow the unification of processes, procedures, structures and technology, taking advantage of the best practices of each one of the Distributors. The implementation of this new model of management SIGDE will affect to the current Business Architecture (AE) of the Electrical Company Quito (EEQ), what comports to a series of affectations in the field of processes, data, technology and applications, It poses like aim make an analysis of impact of the implementation of the program SIGDE in the Business Architecture of the Electrical Company Quito , that allow to identify improvements and profits to strengthen the execution of this new model of management It used the framework TOGAF that allowed the articulation of the four domains that conform it, and this define by each one of them: the basic line, the target, the breaches existent and the approach of strategies that allow to reach the mission, goals and aims of the Company.	en
