dc.descriptionIn this document I am developing a business plan for the creation of a self-service laundry in Quito; It is justified because the current dynamic has changed the habits, needs and demands of people who live away from home, singles and couples without children; who need to optimize their time in every daily activity. That is the reason they demand wash services self-service, because they are fast at a good price and good quality To achieve a design, the business model is analyzed the situation in the washing services sector; then the client is studied to understand the market structure in the city of Quito; subsequently based on the results obtained a strategic plan is elaborated for the introduction and positioning of the business whose concept is a launderette with an American style, with extended hours; at reasonable prices; with cutting edge equipment; comfortable facilities, easy access, waiting area with free Wi-Fi, television, inputs dispensers, coffee and snacks; so this way people can optimize their time in comfortable place. After all a technical model is designed, legal and operational parameters were established for entrepreneurship, always verging on quality and continuous improvement; finally determines the financial viability of the business model designed to evaluate flows and investor of the project through financial feasibility indicators.en
