dc.descriptionThis project presents a solution to service last mile, such as the Internet, to residential complexes Albazul I, Albazul II, Monserrate II and Mirador del Paraiso, located in the neighborhood Monserrat Alto in the city of Quito, parish Conocoto. Which makes the design of RF systems topologies Point-to-Point and Point-Multipoint, starting from the basic theoretical concepts of telecommunications systems and links last mile wireless, conducting an investigation of Internet penetration in the residential complexes by survey in the inhabitants of-situ each set, and meet the need statistical data by internet service in the sector. Through a field, research the feasibility was determined in terms of location, infrastructure and radio frequency environment in order to establish the design to the needs posed is solved. A comparison of equipment that can be used to design methodology FODA by quantitative performed. With the help of the Link-planner software brand owner Cambium Network, the Path Loss 4 and Link Budget Calculator RADWIN simulators calculate radio links where it is verified that to service the four residential complexes is necessary is done counting three sectors point to multipoint and point-to-point link. Finally, an economic analysis of the solution is done by knowing the cost generated by implementing the proposed design, and through a cost-benefit analysis of the project, viability is determined.en
